This entry describes the process of partner booking within the system. This function allows users with the appropriate permissions to record appointments in the calendar on behalf of an external partner.

This process ensures that bookings made within the framework of a partnership are entered into the system in a separate and traceable manner.

Verifying Permissions

To use the partner booking function, the user must have the appropriate permissions.

This can be activated within the Admin users menu, on the editing interface of the specific user. If the permission is active, the user will see the corresponding tile on the home page of the administration interface.

Starting a Booking

The booking process consists of the following steps:

  1. Click the Book to partner button/tile on the administration interface home page.

  2. On the appearing interface, select the institution where you wish to record the partner booking.

  3. Select the desired Qualifications, Doctor and Service from the list.

    • Note: Only examinations that have been previously activated for the specific partner in the traffic channel settings will appear in the list.

  4. In the calendar view, find the available time slots, which the system marks in green.

  5. Click on the selected time slot, then click the Start the reservation button.

Registering a Patient

After selecting the time slot, the patient selection window will open:

  1. Search for the patient in the list by name or identifier.

  2. If the patient is not yet in the system, record their details using the Add new patient option.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions until saving to finalize the booking.

Tips

Tip: If you do not see a specific examination in the calendar, check if the institution has enabled it in the partner's column under the traffic channels menu.

Tip: Partner bookings are automatically flagged by the system, making them easily filterable in later statistics.
