After selecting a time, the user proceeds to input their details:

  1. Comment (Optional): A short comment regarding the appointment can be added.

  2. Next Step: Click the "Next" button to proceed to the data entry form.

  3. Fill in Personal Details: Complete the mandatory fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth). These requirements are defined by the institution's settings.

  4. CAPTCHA Verification: Complete the security check (e.g., selecting images) to prevent spam.

  5. Book Appointment: Click the final button to record the reservation in the system.

3. Confirmation
