Partner Management and Activating Examinations

Introduction

This guide provides assistance with registering partners in the system, managing partnership requests, and technically activating the examinations that form the basis of collaboration.

The process aims to allow institutions to involve external partners (e.g., other clinics, intermediaries) for whom specific examinations can be made available for booking.

A correctly configured partner relationship ensures accurate accounting and delegated patient management.

Adding a New Partner

You can register partners in the administration interface following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Partners menu item within the Settings block in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the blue Add new partner button located above the table.

  3. Fill in the partner's company details:

    • Partner company name, tax number, registration number.

    • Headquarters information.

    • Representative's name, email address, and phone number.

  4. Specify the parameters of the partnership:

    • Institutions where the partner can book: Select the appropriate unit from the list.

    • Commission settlement: Set whether you require statistics, then set whether you want Percentage settlement or Fixed amount.

    • Location and visibility: Define whether the payment takes place at the partner's or your own institution, and whether the partner can view patient data.

  5. Click the Save button. The system will then send an automatic notification to the provided email address.

Accepting and Managing Partnership Requests

The partner will receive an invitation letter at the specified email address. The cooperation becomes active once the partner accepts the invitation by clicking the link in the email. After acceptance, the partner appears in the Partners list.

Here, previously recorded data and commissions can be modified at any time using the Edit button, or the relationship can be terminated using the Delete button.

Activating Examinations for the Partner

Once the partner has accepted the request, you must authorize which examinations they can view and book:

  1. Navigate to the Traffic Channels menu item in the left menu.

  2. In the appearing table, the registered partner will appear as a new column.

  3. For the examinations listed in the rows, check the checkbox in the cell located at the intersection of the selected examination and the partner's column.

  4. This makes the specific examination available to the partner.

Tips

Tip: Always check the commission rate before saving, as the system will calculate accounting statistics based on this.

Tip: If a partner can book for multiple institutions, you can select multiple units at once on the partner's data sheet.

How can I revoke a partner's access to an examination?

In the Traffic Channels menu, simply uncheck the box next to the given examination in the partner's column.

Can different commissions be set for each examination?

No, the commission rate is defined at the partner level on the partner's data sheet and cannot be set for each examination.
