To start booking, open the Overview Calendar. By default, the current day is shown, but you can switch to any date using the calendar navigation. In the calendar, bars marked in white indicate available free periods defined by the doctor's or resource's settings (e.g., from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

Steps of the Booking Process

  1. Select Time Slot: Click on a white, empty area (available time) in the calendar column of the doctor for whom you want to record the booking.

  2. Examination Type: In the pop-up window, select the appropriate examination type.

  3. Specific Time: The system displays nearby available times. Select the desired start time (the selected slot turns green).

  4. Start Booking: Click the "Start booking" button in the top right corner of the screen.

  5. Patient Data: On the appearing form, search for an existing patient in the database or record details for a new patient.

  6. Finalize: Check the details, then click the confirmation button to save the booking.

After successful saving, the system closes the window, and the created booking appears in the Overview Calendar.

Clarity: When dealing with multiple doctors or columns, this view helps find parallel available slots most quickly.

Visual Feedback: The selected time slot turns green to indicate which slot you are about to book before proceeding to data entry.
