This feature allows for the quick and efficient copying of existing examinations within the system. The purpose of duplication is to significantly reduce administration time when registering an existing examination type for a new doctor or specialization. Instead of having to re-fill all settings and e-mail templates, the system transfers previous data, which can then be modified as needed.

The Duplication Process
To copy an examination, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Examination settings interface within the Settings menu.
Click on the Edit examinations option.
Locate the examination in the list that you want to use as a basis.
Start the process by clicking the Duplication icon located between the edit and delete buttons in the given row.
Entering and Modifying Data
During duplication, the system opens a new examination form where some of the data is pre-filled based on the source examination.
Fields to be filled manually: Basic information at the top of the page (Institution, Specialization, Qualification name, Examination name, Doctor) must always be selected or entered.
Automatically copied data: Prices, booking settings, e-mail templates, and other special settings are automatically copied from the original examination.
Individual modification: Although data is copied, every field remains freely editable. This is particularly useful if you want to record the same examination for another doctor with a different price or duration.
At the end of the process, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Tips
Tip: Use duplication even when introducing multiple examinations with similar parameters for one doctor to avoid re-typing e-mail notification texts.
Tip: Always check prices and booking intervals before saving, as these take the values of the previous examination by default.
