Checking Partner Traffic in General Statistics

Data for patients sent by partners can also be viewed in the general statistics module:

  1. Navigate to the Statements menu in the left sidebar, then select Statistics -> Reservations.

  2. Set the desired time interval using the filter and search among the Statistics.

  3. In the details of the bookings appearing in the table, you can check which partner sent the patient in the Booking Source column.

  4. If you wish to view only partner traffic, select the Transactions sent by partners option instead of "All transactions" when setting the time interval. The system will then filter the list to partner referrals.

Targeted Reporting for Partner Bookings

To access data specifically focused on partner activity, use the dedicated menu item:

  1. Navigate to the Statements menu, then select Partner statistics.

  2. Specify the period you wish to query.

  3. On the interface, you can review all appointments booked by partners and their detailed information.

  4. In this view, you also have the option to manage bookings: if necessary, cancellations can be performed directly here.
