Introduction
This document describes the process for bulk modification of service and examination prices. This function allows for the quick and efficient update of prices stored in the system, either directly on the interface or via an external file (Excel/CSV).
This is particularly useful when managing hundreds of items simultaneously, ensuring data accuracy and accelerating administrative processes.
Main Content
Access and Interface Layout
To access this function, select the Examinations menu on the left sidebar, then click on Bulk Price Edit.
The displayed table contains the following columns:
Identification data (non-editable): ID, Doctor, Specialization, Service.
Online price: This is the default price that serves as the base for the system.
Channel prices: Separate columns represent various partner channels and insurers.
Modifying Prices
Prices can only edited in by exporting the list in a CSV or Excel table. Updating the prices this way will only work if the "Synchronization of channel prices" setting is disabled in the Locations settings.
Export and Import (Bulk Modification)
For large volumes of data, file-based editing is recommended:
Click the CSV or Excel button above the table to download the file.
Perform the necessary modifications in the downloaded file.
Upload the modified file back into the system using the Import button.
Important Rules for Editing
To ensure a successful data update, the following rules must be observed:
Only prices are editable: Do not modify the contents of the ID, Doctor, Specialization, or Service columns, as the system uses these to identify items.
Number format: Prices must be entered as numbers only. Do not use commas, periods, or currency symbols (e.g., EURO).
Active status: The last column of the downloaded file is the "Active" column. Use "Yes" or "No" to define whether a specific examination is active in the system.
Tips
Tip: You can customize the table view using the Columns button to display only the columns you intend to edit.
Tip: It is always recommended to create a backup by exporting current prices before performing an import.
Summary
Bulk price editing is available under the Examinations menu.
The system processes prices as numbers without units of measurement.
Modifying identification columns (ID, name) may cause errors.
Channel-specific prices can only be edited manually if synchronization is turned off.
