The Editing Process
To perform modifications, follow these steps:
Choose Setting: From the dropdown menu at the top of the screen, select the parameter you wish to modify (e.g., Examination price, Examination length, Calendar info, Description). You can quickly find the desired setting by typing into the search field.
Start Search: After selecting the setting, click the Search button. A table will appear containing all examinations and their current values for the selected parameter.
Filtering (Optional): The list can be narrowed down based on qualification, examination name, or doctor using the filters above the table.
Selecting Examinations: * Check the boxes for the examinations you wish to modify.
To select all listed items, use the checkbox in the table header. This will only select the filtered results.
Edit: Click the Edit button. A popup window will open where you can enter the new value. For text data (e.g., Calendar info), the system provides options for multilingual entry.
Save: After entering the new value, click the Save button. The system automatically updates the data for all selected examinations.
Tips
Efficient Selection: If you need to modify hundreds of examinations, use filters based on doctor or qualification, then use the "select all" button in the header to pick all affected items with a single click.
Multilingualism: When editing calendar information or descriptions in bulk, ensure that you record the data in all active languages (e.g., Hungarian, English, Romanian) within the popup window.
