There are two methods to load previous pre-reservations within the booking menu.
Method 1: Loading from the List
Navigate to the Book Appointment menu.
Click the Pre-reservations button in the top right corner.
Select the desired pre-reservation from the list.
Click the Load appointments button.
The system will automatically select the corresponding time slot in the calendar.
Click the Start reservation button.
Method 2: Manual Selection from the Calendar
Navigate to the Book Appointment menu.
Locate the time slot marked in gray (the pre-reservation) on the calendar.
Click directly on the gray bar.
The system will highlight the time slot; then click the Start reservation button.
Finalizing from the "Overview Calendar"
It is also possible to finalize a pre-reservation directly from the aggregate calendar view.
Open the Overview Calendar view.
Locate the pre-reservation marked with a gray bar.
Click on the pre-reservation.
In the pop-up window, click the Book Appointment button.

Click the Start booking button.

In the Patient Selection window, enter the patient's details or select from the existing database.
Finalize the booking using the standard steps.
After saving successfully, the gray pre-reservation will disappear from the calendar and be replaced by the finalized, colored appointment.
