Manual appointment booking can be performed with the following steps:

  1. Click on the Book an appointment button in the main menu.

  2. Select the desired examination from the available list and click on the Show Calendars button.

  3. In the calendar view that appears, choose the appropriate date and time (e.g., Monday 10:00 AM).

  4. Click the Start the reservation button.

Selecting a Patient and Entering Data

To proceed with the booking, a patient must be assigned to the appointment:

  1. Start typing the patient's name in the search field.

  2. If the patient is already in the database, select them from the list.

  3. Once the patient is selected, the system loads their profile.

  4. There is an option to write a comment or upload a document for the reservation.

  5. To finalize the process, click the Confirm reservation button.

Upon successful booking, the system provides feedback in a summary window where all details can be viewed.

Tip: When selecting a patient, before finalizing the booking, you can click the "Edit" button to check or modify the patient's details.
