Starting a Pre-reservation

Follow these steps to record a pre-reservation:

  1. Navigate to the Overview calendar menu.

  2. Select the desired day within the calendar view.

  3. Click on the desired start time (e.g., 13:00) on the calendar interface.

  4. In the pop-up window, instead of starting a booking, click the Start pre-reservation button.

Entering Data and Saving

After clicking the button, the data entry window appears:

  1. Enter the name for the pre-reservation in the form provided.

  2. Optionally, add a comment to the pre-reservation in the relevant field.

  3. Click the Pre-reserve button to finalize the entry.

  4. Once saved, the new pre-reservation will appear on the calendar in the selected time slot, positioned below any existing reservations or pre-reservations.
