The global search function, located in the top right corner of the system, allows users to quickly and efficiently search for specific patients or reservations. This tool provides immediate access to data without the need to manually navigate through different menus. The feature supports two main search types that query different databases.

Starting a Search
To access the search bar, click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the screen. Upon clicking, the system offers two options:
Search for patient
Search for reservation
Search for Patient
When selecting the "Search for patient" option:
Enter the name of the patient in the field.
Press the Enter key.
The system automatically redirects the user to the patient database.
The list will display results matching the search criteria (if any matches are found).
Search for Reservation
When selecting the "Search for reservation" option:
Enter the name or data you are looking for.
The system redirects to an interface similar to the Statistics module.
The search runs through the entire database, including past and future reservations.
Managing Results (Reservations)
The view for reservation results matches the functionalities of the statistics module:
View Details: Rows can be expanded to view detailed data.
Customize Columns: You can select which data columns should appear in the table.
Export: The results list can be downloaded in Excel format.

Tip: The reservation search function searches not only current appointments but also past and future ones based on statistical data.
Tip: If there are multiple people with similar names in the patient database, the system will list all matches, making it easy to select the correct person.
