On the page that appears, you will see the list of already registered doctors. To create a new profile, click the Add new doctor button.
Search or Manual Addition:
In the pop-up window, you can first search the central database by seal number (license number) or name.
If the search yields no results, or if you wish to create a completely new profile manually, click the Add new doctor option.
Entering Basic Data:
Title: Select the appropriate title (e.g., Dr.).
Last Name and First Name: Enter the doctor's full name.
Seal Number: Enter the doctor's official seal or license number.
Contact Info: Fill in the email address and phone number.
