Viewing the Medinet AI Summary PDF

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The purpose of AI-generated summaries is to provide specialists and healthcare staff with a quick, structured overview of the patient's preliminary assessment results.

This feature significantly accelerates the diagnostic process, as the system automatically creates a transparent, professional document based on the questionnaires completed by the patient.

Accessing the Medinet AI PDF

To view the document, follow these steps in the system:

  1. Open the Calendar: Navigate to the calendar view located in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Select Appointment: Find the specific time slot and patient booking for which the Medinet AI questionnaire was completed. Relevant bookings are visually distinct in the calendar.

  3. Booking Details: Click on the appointment to open the detailed data sheet.

  4. Open Document: In the "Booking Details" pop-up window, locate the Uploaded Documents section at the bottom left.

  5. View PDF: Click on the file highlighted in blue starting with "MEDINET_BI_...". The system will then open the generated PDF in a new window or view.

  • Patient Summary: A brief textual description of the patient's condition, nature of complaints, and medical history.

  • Most Likely Diagnoses: Diagnostic suggestions marked with percentage probability to assist specialist decision-making.

  • Recommended Examinations: Further diagnostic steps indicated by the system (e.g., physical examination, imaging procedures).

Tips

Quick Review: It is recommended to open the PDF before starting the consultation, so the specialist is aware of the most important complaints the moment the patient enters.

FAQ

What happens if I cannot find the document at the booking?

The document is only generated if the patient has successfully completed the preliminary questionnaire. If the list is empty, the patient likely did not finish the data submission.

Is the generated PDF editable?

The PDF document is a static summary reflecting the state at the time of completion. The information therein serves as a basis for the medical opinion but does not replace it.
