Introduction
This article explains the self check-in process from the patient's perspective. It details the steps from booking identification through data verification and document signing, up to ticket printing.
Using this feature significantly speeds up the arrival registration at the facility. It allows patients to check in independently without involving the reception, thereby reducing waiting times and administrative workload.

Selecting the Booking Type
When stepping up to the device, the patient must first determine the source of their booking.
Select the "Own booking" option if the appointment was booked independently or by the reception.
If the booking was made through an Insurance company, self check-in is unavailable due to data quality reasons (e.g., incomplete or inaccurate data). In this case, check-in must be completed at the reception.
Identifying the Booking
After selecting "Own booking", the booking must be identified. If the device supports QR code scanning, there are two available options:
By entering booking data: Depending on the device configuration, identification is done by entering the booking ID and birth year, or the phone number and birth year.
By QR code: Scanning the QR code received in the confirmation email or mobile application.
Check-in and Data Entry
Following identification, the system lists the bookings associated with the patient.
Select the booking or bookings from the list for which you wish to validate the check-in.
Click the Next button.
Provide the missing data required for the treatment. The system automatically fills in previously recorded data, so only the missing information needs to be provided.
The system automatically validates the entered information upon completion of data entry.
Digital Signature (Configuration Dependent)
If the facility has enabled this feature on the device, the system prepares the mandatory documents required for the examination.
Read, fill out, and sign the documents appearing on the screen.
Once signing is complete, the system proceeds to the next step.
If you cancel the signing process, you must proceed to the reception to finalize the documents.
Ticket Printing and Completion (Configuration Dependent)
The final step depends on the physical capabilities and settings of the device.
If ticket printing is active and a printer is available, the patient's ticket number appears on the screen, and the machine dispenses the printed paper. The system then returns to the home screen.
If the printing feature is disabled, a completion screen appears confirming the successful check-in. The patient is then ready for the treatment.
Tips
Tip: After 40 seconds of inactivity, the system displays a warning window. If there is still no interaction, the device automatically returns to the home screen, cancelling the process.
Summary
Insurance bookings can only be checked in at the reception.
Identification can be performed via manual data entry or QR code scanning.
