Home screen information, doctor search, and appointment booking are available without logging in.
Reviewing, modifying, canceling bookings, and viewing history are available exclusively for logged-in patients.
Main Content
1. Home Screen and Navigation
The home page displays key functions and content units clearly. The user is greeted by a welcome message, followed by various sections (Specialties, Slider, Featured Doctors, Blog).
A permanent navigation bar at the bottom of the screen ensures continuous access to main functions. Note: The slider images, blog posts, and the list of featured doctors can be edited and updated on the "Admin interface".
Using the interface:
Accessing Specialties: Use the buttons at the top of the home screen to quickly select the desired field.
Getting Information: View promotions and news in the Slider section, as well as the latest health articles in the Blog section.
Featured Doctors: In the Doctors section (max. 8 people), directly view recommended professionals and their availability.
Navigation: Use the menu items on the bottom bar: Home, Doctors, Appointment (highlighted in the center), Info, Menu.
2. Browsing Doctors and Specialties (Search Paths)
To find the right professional, the system provides two logically distinct search paths in the menu, depending on whether the user is looking for a specific doctor or browsing based on a complaint (specialty).
Searching for a specific doctor: The Doctors menu item serves to list professionals by name, view their profiles, and initiate direct booking.
Searching by specialty: In the Appointment (Booking) menu item – or via the home screen shortcuts – the process starts with selecting the specialty and the specific service, for which the system lists the relevant doctors.
Search steps:
Search by Name (Specific Doctor):
Go to the Doctors menu item.
Use the search bar to enter the specific doctor's name.
Tap the Detailed Profile button below the doctor's photo to view professional information (qualifications, experience).
To start booking, press the Appointments button on the data sheet, then select the desired specialty and examination from the list of services performed by the doctor.
Search by Specialty (Based on Complaint):
Select the Appointment menu item (or a specialty icon on the home screen).
Select the desired Specialty from the list.
Select the specific Service (examination).
Subsequently, the system lists the doctors and free slots performing the selected examination.
3. Appointment Booking and Finalization
Once the user has selected the service and the doctor (via either path above), the booking process concludes with the calendar view and data entry. The system filters automatically: only free time slots available for the selected examination are displayed.
Steps of the process:
Selecting a Time: Choose a free time slot in the weekly calendar view.
Option: If there are no free slots in the given week, use the Jump to next free slot button to access the earliest opportunity.
Finalization: Enter the necessary contact details (name, phone, email) to record the booking. This is possible without logging in; however, in case of logging in, the system automatically fills in the data if you have had a previous booking.
Discounts and Coupons:
Coupon: During the booking process, you have the option to manually enter a coupon code in the designated field.
Discount Card: If the institution has a discount card and you have previously added it in the application under the Menu button, the system automatically deducts the discount from the total amount.
4. Booking Management (For Logged-in Users)
Subsequent modification of recorded appointments from the mobile app requires logging in. Logged-in patients can track upcoming examinations and manage changes here.
Management actions:
Log in to your account. Your upcoming examinations will automatically appear on the Home Screen as booking cards.
Viewing: The most important details (time, doctor) are immediately visible on the card.
Modification/Cancellation: Tap the edit icon on the booking card, where you can modify the time or cancel the service.
QR Code Check-in: Click the QR code icon to display the code and identify your booking during the self-check-in process upon arrival.
History: Look back at previous examinations in the Booking History menu item (under profile) for easier rebooking.
5. Additional and Information Functions
The application supports the patient journey with numerous convenient features. The QR code solution speeds up on-site administration, and Push messages ensure information delivery. Contact details of the institution are available in a separate section.
Using functions:
Self check-in: Upon arrival, click the QR code icon on the booking card to display your ID, and present it to the scanner for faster patient admission.
Video Consultation: This is a separate examination type allowing contact with the doctor for control examinations or preliminary consultations. To use this function, a booking must be created first for a "Video Consultation" type service. The connection can subsequently be initiated through the application.
Notifications: Enable receiving Push messages for notifications (booking changes, reminders).
Contact: Directly access the institution's phone number or website in the info section.
Tips
Tip: Add your discount card in the Menu before starting the booking so the system automatically applies the discount at checkout.
Tip: For follow-up examinations – if applicable – choose Video Consultation to consult with your doctor from home without traveling.
Tip: Although you can book as a guest, it is worth logging in: the system will automatically fill in your details, and you can access all your previous medical records and bookings in one place.
Tip: Use the QR code self-check-in feature upon arrival to skip the line at the reception and get attended to faster.
