Steps for Cancellation

  1. Open the booking card of the appointment you wish to manage in the calendar.

  2. Click the Cancel button on the card.

  3. In the pop-up window, the system will ask for the reason for cancellation. Select the "Cancellation at patient's request" option.

  4. The system will offer the option to notify the patient. Select "Yes" if you want the patient to receive an automatic email regarding the cancellation.

  5. Click the Cancel button to finalize the process.

After clicking the button, the appointment will disappear from the calendar view.

Statistics: Although the booking disappears from the calendar, it remains available in the system statistics for data collection purposes.

Notification: It is recommended to check the email notification option in all cases so that the patient receives official confirmation of the successful cancellation.
