Document template management is located within the patient handling module. Follow these steps to record a new template:
Navigation
In the main menu, go to Patient handling.
Select the Document templates option.
Uploading a New Template
In the list view, click the New template button.
In the pop-up window, click the file selection area and upload the desired document from your computer.
Enter the name of the template in the Name field (e.g., "Sample").
Optionally, add a comment in the Comment field.
Click the Save button.
Saving and Verifying
After uploading, the system automatically opens the template in the editor view. You can add fields here later, but for the initial setup, simply click the Save button.
After saving, you will be redirected back to the Document templates list view.
Verify that the new template appears in the list.
You can use the icons on the right side of the list to edit or delete the template later.
Tips
Tip: After uploading, the system immediately offers an editing option. If you do not wish to make changes yet, simply save the document to return to the list view.
Tip: Use clear names in the "Name" field to easily identify templates in the list later.
