Introduction
This guide demonstrates how to view and download documents that have been digitally filled out and signed by patients. Returned documents (such as consent forms or data sheets) are automatically stored in the system in PDF format.
There are two methods to access these documents: directly from the reservation card or from the patient's profile. In both cases, you can verify the correctness of the filled data, the selected checkboxes, and the presence of the signature.
Main Content
Access via Reservation Card
The quickest way to view a document related to a specific appointment is through the calendar interface.
Click on the desired reservation in the calendar.
Open the Reservation Details card.
Scroll down to the Uploaded documents section.
The file name is displayed here (usually as a blue link). Click on the file name.
The document will open in a new browser tab in PDF format.
On the opened interface, data and signatures can be verified. To save the file, use the Download button of the browser or PDF viewer.
Access via Patient Database
If you wish to review all documents for a specific patient rather than starting from the calendar, use the patient management interface.
Navigate to the Patient handling > Patient database menu item.
Use the search field to find the patient's name or ID.
Open the patient's profile (chart).
Click on the Documents tab located in the top menu bar.
The list contains all uploaded documents. Find the relevant row and click the View button (eye icon) at the end of the row.
The document opens in a new tab, from where it can be downloaded as described above.
Tips
Verification: The opened PDF document always displays the answers selected by the patient (e.g., "YES" for declarations) and the image of the digital signature at the bottom of the page.
Data Merging: The system automatically populates the document with the patient's basic data, so manual entry is not required.
