To record new data fields, follow these steps:
Select Patient Handling from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Custom Patient Data option.
If no data has been added yet, the list will be empty. Click the Add button.
In the pop-up window, enter the name of the data (e.g., "Body Weight").
Select the Type of Data. This can be:
Number
Text field
Checkbox
Define the scope of the data (Main Data or Reservation Data):
Main Data: This information is directly linked to the patient's profile and remains the same across all bookings (e.g., the patient's gender or permanent characteristics).
Reservation Data: This information is linked to a specific appointment, meaning it is saved for that specific reservation (e.g., current symptoms or temporary condition).
Click the Save button to finalize the settings.

Choosing Data Type: Always select the data type that matches the information you intend to record (e.g., use "Number" for weight) to ensure the system handles the data correctly.
