This guide explains how to view your contracts recorded in the system and how to modify the associated contact information. Keeping contact details up to date ensures smooth communication and administrative accuracy. Here you will learn which data can be edited independently and which requires assistance from support.

Modifying Contract Data

Follow the steps below to access and update contract details:

1. Selecting the Contract

Navigate to the Contracts menu on the left sidebar. In the list that appears, select the contract you wish to modify and click the View button.

2. Reviewing Data

The page that opens displays the detailed information previously recorded for the contract. Here you can check company details and contact information.

3. Editing Data

Certain fields on the interface are editable (for example, the contact email address).

  1. Locate the field you want to modify (e.g., Contact email).

  2. Delete the old data and enter the new information.

  3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to record the changes.

After saving, the system returns to the contract details page, where the new, updated information is displayed.

Non-editable Fields

It is important to note that fields displayed with a gray background cannot be modified via the user interface. These usually contain the fundamental, fixed data of the contract (e.g., company name, tax number). If changes are required in these fields, you must contact support.

Tip: After saving, it is recommended to refresh the page or reopen the contract to verify that all data has been recorded correctly.

Tip: Only provide valid and regularly monitored email addresses as contact information to ensure you do not miss important notifications.
