Introduction

This article explains how to configure the basic details of the clinic and customize the appearance of the booking interface visible to patients within the system.

Accurate settings are essential for patients to find the institution and successfully book appointments.

The guide covers entering contact information, creating a custom link, and configuring visual elements (logo, colors).

Setting up Clinic Data

To configure the system's default settings, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Locations menu.

  2. Select the clinic you wish to edit from the list and click the Edit button at the end of the row.

  3. Fill in the mandatory and basic details on the form:

    • Introduction text: A short description of the institution.

    • Address and Location: Physical contact details of the clinic.

    • Phone number and Email address: Central contact information.

    • Clinic name: The official name of the institution, which will also appear in emails.

  4. Custom Link Setup: Enter the unique identifier (slug) for the clinic, which will appear in the booking page URL.

  5. Legal Documents: Insert external links for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Customizing Appearance

In the "Appearance" section located below the data fields, you can customize the booking interface:

  1. Upload Images:

    • Upload a logo.

    • Set a favicon (browser tab icon).

    • Upload a cover image of the institution.

  2. Color Settings: Select colors that match the clinic's branding from the palette provided by the system.

  3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to finalize the changes.

Viewing and Verifying the Booking Page

After saving the settings, it is important to check the public interface.

  • To access the correct, working link, click the View (eye icon) button located in the left-hand sidebar, directly in the top-left corner of the screen.

  • This button opens the final interface visible to patients with the new settings (logo, colors, contact details).

Tips

Tip: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for saving.

Tip: When setting up the custom link (slug), use unaccented characters and hyphens for better compatibility.

Can I change the clinic's custom link later?

Yes, the unique identifier can be modified in the editing interface, but please note that previous links may become inaccessible.

Where does the set email address appear?

The provided email address plays a role in communication with patients and in automatic notifications sent by the system.
