Prerequisites for Calling

The "Call" button appears on the doctor or appointment interface only if the following two conditions are met simultaneously:

  1. Arrived Status: The patient's status has been set to "Arrived" at the reception or in the system.

  2. Room Assignment: A specific examination room is assigned to the booking.

The Calling Process

Doctors can perform the calling action after logging into their own account.

  1. Navigate to the Appointments menu.

  2. Locate the patient with the "Arrived" status in the list.

  3. Select the patient and click the Call button.

Additional Actions

Following the call, the doctor has options to further control the process:

  • Recall: If the patient did not appear after the first call, the system provides an option to repeat the call.

  • Close Examination: At the end of the consultation, it is necessary to use the close function. This action removes the patient from the calling screen, indicating that the room is free.
