In the calendar, bookings display the patient's name, examination type, institution name, as well as the exact time and duration of the booking. Steps to access the function:
Open the mobile application on your device.
Locate the Doctor login option in the main menu and tap on it.
After successful login, choose between daily or weekly view formats according to your needs.

2. Booking Management (Recording and editing)
Booking management is performed on two separate interfaces within the system to separate booked and free capacities.
The calendar view of the Main Page contains exclusively the already recorded, booked appointments, so the administration of existing bookings is performed here.
To record a new appointment, the Appointment Booking menu item located in the menu must be used. This interface filters and lists exclusively the free slots, visually distinguishing the available spaces.
This functionality supports the recording of new requests, for example, in the case of a booking arriving via phone.

Open the Appointment Booking option in the menu.
The interface displays only the free slots here. Select and tap on the appropriate time to start recording.
Editing an Existing Booking:
Open the Main Page, where the calendar shows the already booked appointments.
Tap on the booking card you wish to modify to open the details.
In case of existing permissions, select the edit function to modify the status (e.g., arrived, cancelled) or the payment method if necessary. Record additional data in the examination information field.
3. Patient Data and Administration
By tapping on an appointment card within the booking interface, the most important details regarding the patient and the booking can be immediately viewed: patient name and contact details, unique booking ID, as well as booking status and examination details.
The system further provides the opportunity to record an ambulatory sheet and fill it out directly in the application, thereby significantly reducing the burdens associated with paper-based administration.

Tap on the selected patient's booking (appointment card) in the calendar view.
In the appearing detailed view, review the patient's data and the booking status.
In case of existing permissions, by clicking on the edit icon, it is possible to edit the data, or among further options, modifying or deleting the appointment can be selected..
4. Communication and Notifications
The application provides integrated tools for contact and patient journey management.
Through the application - in case of an existing patient calling system - the doctor can call in the next patient with a single button press, which optimizes the order of care and reduces waiting time in front of the office. The system sends automatic Push messages to the phone regarding every new booking, cancellation, and modification, so the doctor can always remain up-to-date.
Steps for communication:
Open the patient's data sheet via the booking.
Select the desired communication channel using the buttons found on the data sheet:
Phone call: Initiate a call to the provided number.
Email: Send a message to the patient.
Starting Video Consultation: This is a separate examination type. To use this function, a booking of type "Video consultation" must be created first. The call can subsequently be started from the booking details.
If the patient cannot find the booking notification, use the Resend confirmation option on the data sheet.
When receiving the patient, press the Call in button in the application and their number will appear on the waiting room display.
