Accessing the Translation Interface
To configure these settings, navigate to the following menu: Settings > Examinations > Translation
Selecting Translation Type
A dropdown menu allows you to choose which data you wish to translate:
Name of examinations: Short names of the examinations.
Description of examinations: Detailed informational texts for the examinations.
The Translation Process
The system lists data recorded in the base language (e.g., English), alongside fields for the target language (e.g., Romanian).
Manual Translation
Click in the empty field next to the examination you wish to translate.
Enter the appropriate term or text.
Click the save icon in the top right corner after making changes.
Automatic Translation (Google Translate)
Select the rows you wish to translate using the checkboxes on the left (or select all).
Click the "Translate with Google" button.
The system automatically populates the fields.
Click the save button.
Verification on the Patient Side
After saving, the results can be checked on the booking interface using the language switcher icon. If the patient switches to the target language, the examination names and descriptions will appear in the translated form.
