The dynamic pricing feature aims to fill less busy appointment days more effectively with discounted prices, while maintaining the list price for busier days.
When does it work?
Dynamic pricing is only valid for the next 30 days. Within this period, the system determines the prices for the next day once a day at midnight.
What does it calculate from?
For each appointment, the system considers:
Previous booking patterns (based on data from the past 6 months)
The maximum capacity of the appointment (number of time slots)
The number of currently booked time slots
Based on this, it calculates how many bookings would be ideal on a given day, then compares this to the actual, current bookings.
When does it give a discount?
If the current bookings fall short of expectations, the system automatically applies a discount for the next day.
For example:
If occupancy is 10-20% below expectations, the discount can be 10–30% off the list price.
If it meets or exceeds expectations, the price reverts to the list price.
Price Display
On the interface, the patient sees only one price per day – this can be the full price (list price) or an automatically calculated discounted price.
The price is rounded to the nearest thousand forints to simplify cashier accounting.

Example for a Day:
A total of 20 appointments are available
According to the system, there should already be 6 bookings by the 5th day before the appointment, but there are only 3
This is a -50% deviation → a 30% discount is activated
List price is 30,000 Ft → discounted price: 21,000 Ft

The dynamic price is only valid for bookings by in our system.
The variable price is transferred to the medical system as well, ensuring accurate pricing in billing
Currently, it cannot be combined with other manual (LMdoki type) discounts, only a percentage discount tied to online payment can be added
